Please note all students up to 3rd Kyu grade in your local area after 3rd Kyu i.e.:

2nd Kyu, Brown Stripe and 1st Kyu , Red White and Black Stripe will grade in Worthing as and when you are ready or advised by your class instructor.

All Tia Chi grading's are held in Worthing and not in your local grading's

Grading Rules:

A Clean pressed Karate Gi (suit) and SKO Badge on left side breast must be worn for karate grading's

Kick boxing uniform to be worn for all kick boxing grading's

Sparring Equipment i.e. Mitts, Shin/instep is required for 9th KYU orange Belt and upwards.

Finger and toe nails must be cut to a safe length and no jewelry must be worn if wedding ring then must be taped up

Membership and Registration must be up to date .Karate students are encouraged to attend the lesson prior to grading in order to minimize mistakes.
